All altCABS bookings you receive are from customers choosing your quotes based on the pricing and availability settings you have entered on your dashboard. You can adjust your pricing and pause your availability during peak time. However, if you have let such bookings come through but are now unable to cover them due to your lack of vehicles or pricing issues, you may incur a fine. When you can not cover a booking, please let us know asap so that we can find some other company for this ride.
