In all cases your payment is guaranteed by altCABS in case the driver is late or does not turn up as per standard Terms and Conditions, please refer to the payment section.

At altCABS canceling your booking is quick and easy to do. If you have a registered account with us, you can cancel it within your altCABS account or by chat, phone call, or email to altCABS, not with the Operator.

For a full refund, you must cancel within your cancellation cut-off period, as indicated in the Terms & Conditions. As per our terms and conditions, any cancellation received after the cancellation cut-off time, will not be entitled to any refund.

As long as you give us 24 hours' notice before the scheduled pickup time, we will refund your journey in full, less card payment processing fees or 10% whichever is more. Pre-paid bookings will be refunded in a maximum of 15 working days from the moment of cancellation.

You can book a child seat during the booking process, by choosing the addon. By Law, children (Under 3 years old) are allowed to travel in the back seats of taxis/minicabs without a child seat or seat belt. In the case that a child is over 3 years of age, they can travel without a child's car seat provided they wear a seat belt.
