You must be tracking the flight as usual and dispatch the driver accordingly to arrive at the airport. If the flight is arriving late or early you must adjust the timing for the period the customer has requested the pick up for.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct flight number however you can also detect minor errors in the flight number.
